About

Who we are

Joshua's young son reading an equipment manual in the combine cab during harvest
The seventh generation, studying up in the combine

Stutrud Farms is run by Joshua Stutrud and family. Joshua is the sixth generation family farmer, and he intends to allow his two sons to be the seventh generation.

We do the work ourselves, from spring seeding through fall harvest, and we know every field by name. When something leaves this farm, we stand behind it.

We run newer model John Deere equipment and Peterbilt trucks with the most up to date technology. As an example, we utilize See & Spray Ultimate technology from John Deere. We also focus highly on data analytics to help inform future decisions for continued success.

Good land is the whole operation. We farm it so it's in better shape than when we started.
